I taught myself how to play the piano two years ago, so I know how to teach the piano to other beginners. I know how to teach the basics. And I am very passionate about playing the piano, I also know a lot of music theory. I would say my teaching style is really focused on the student and what they need. In school I was an average student never getting lower than a C or higher than in an A. So I really want to focus on listening to the student, especially because they probably are not heard at school. I would describe my teaching style in terms of the activity, belaying. Slack is given to the rope at times so that the climber may advance, or traverse, the face of the mountain. When the climber feels tired, or incapable, the rope needs tightening so the climber stays secure.
