I have eleven years of experience in educating children in kindergarten to twelfth grade students with special needs who are diagnosed with a number of physical, mental and emotional disabilities. I also am responsible for keeping records on students' progress, dealing with problem behaviors and serving as a source of information and support in the regular classroom. I’ve had many years of practice in the tutoring field dealing with the fact that my brother has a learning disability. He likes to have fun and thinks that leaning is boring, so I try to make learning as fun as possible. Then I have my student on student tutoring when the students tutor each other. I think its better that way because most students don't really pay attention to their teachers but they take it better when it comes from another student. Sometimes its better because something you understand they may not understand and when you explain it to them then may be they will understand it a little better. Basically what im saying is that some kids learn better from other kids. I prefer to have a fun learning environment. I think you learn from hearing, seeing, and doing.
