Experience Summary
I have been a teacher in pre-school through 4th grade for 25 years. I especially am gifted in the area of Phonics/Reading Ed.I have tutored 1-on-1 for 10 years and have led group tutoring sessions of up to 15 students. I am current working as a substitute/ tutor with many companies and schools. I can provide references upon request.
Teaching Style
When I teach I like to show alot of enthusiasm for the subject that we're working on. I love to learn and I try to pass that on to my students. I use alot of positive reinforcement and praise. I want my students to feel good about their abilities to accomplish their work. My favorite thing is to see a smile on the face of my student when they realize that they can do it!
