I started my career in NYC teaching at Rikers Island Prison. I then taught at a Residential Treatment Center for Abused children, I received certification as an Administrator and worked as an Asst. Supt. Eventually I moved on to Smithtown NY, where I Supervised Reading teachers and Title 1 teachers. I was promoted to Asst.Supt for Special Ed. and Special Services. I retired from the Public Schools but 2 months later was employed to Supervise a Head Start program. Four years later I left to Supervise a Program for ADHD adolescents.
