I was homeschooled for the majority of my education which enabled me to assit my younger brothers and sisters in their studies. I taught a few Science classes including botony and a study of birds and have tutored in highschool math as well. I played volleyball, took 3 years of piano, and was a member of Chior as well. I love teaching children and being able to see them learn. It is awesome to see and hear when they finally "get it" or when they understand something that I taught them. Moreover, when a student gives you an answer to a question and uses an example of something that you taught them earlier, it really shows you how quickly they can pick things up. My teaching "style" is very open--I will have an outline and while I am presenting I will sometimes ask for examples from the students to help get us through the outline together.
