Russian is a hard language to learn and can be very challenging. At times, it can be discouraging and so if it is fun, it will take much of that stress off of the learning and help what you learn to stick in your head. As my teaching style is fun, I will also challenge you and give you some short but challenging homework problems to keep your brain thinking about the concepts we will learn.
