I am a few years out of high school, and I've taken several college classes. My AP knowledge spans almost every subject. I can help with almost all high school level classes and below. The various sciences are probably my best subjects, however my knowledge of Biology is fairly limited. I have tutored a few High School Freshman before in a program called "Senior Mentoring" I have also helped out a few family friends to get the grade to graduate. This really depends on the subject, however, I like to do drills to keep basic skills sharp, and to learn new skills. Each student is different, and will need slightly adjusted methodology. I am a former social worker, "turned teacher". I returned to school in 1998 to "recycle myself" and finished an M.A. in 2000. I did not continue, to become a fully credentialed teacher. I have had 8 years + experience as a substitute teacher, in high school, middle school and elementary school.
