I enjoy watching learners succeed. I have the ability to diagnose learning weaknesses in a student, effectively plan a course to re mediate the student's learning weakness, implement a set of steps to assist the student to take the weakness and turn it to a strength building upon already mastered skills, and evaluate the success of the student's efforts and move on or re-teach based upon the student's needs. I have worked in a higher education environment since 2000. I tuaught CPR and First Aid classes for 4 years for Child Care providers from 1996 to 2000. I am one class from completing my MBA in accounting. I will officially graduate in May of 2010. I developed a heart for young people at an early age, as my parents were missionaries to Native Americans. I truly believe that education has changed my life and promote higher education. I have earned two bachelor degrees, BS in Math and BS in Mechanical Engineering, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science.
