I am currently in school to become a middle school language arts/social studies teacher. I am about to enter my junior year of college. I have volunteered in middle school classrooms. I have been doing one-on-one care with individuals with mental/physical disabilities for the past year and a half working for the Arc of NC. I have wanted to help others learn for as long as I can remember; even as early as the fourth grade I was helping my classmates with assignments.
