My comments on tutoring American History : Studied in high school.

I have taught children in a Sunday School environment for more than 20 years. I taught in the New York City Public School System as well as the Nassau County, NY Public School system as a per diem substitute for 2.5 years. With a B.A. in Journalism, I have written for radio, TV, national magazines and several newspapers. I have worked with college-age and adult students teaching them English speaking and writing skills. In pursuing my Master of Education in TESOL, I have learned how to teach students about grammar, writing and reading. I will receive my Masters of Education in TESOL this Saturday, May 2nd. After home educating my 4 children for 17 years, I returned to school to complete an AA degree in liberal arts and a BA degree in sociology.
