Each child has a different learning ability. The best way I feel for success of a child would be a one to one or small group teaching style. This will provide the teacher to student kind of relationship where the teacher may know the level of each student. I try to repeat fundamentals so that students may have a solid foundation to build upon. I believe without a solid foundation a student might struggle harder in advance courses of study.

I have taught at an adult school for a summer while I was getting me credential. It was very rewarding helping people receive their GED and better their lives.I also interned at a Junior High, teaching math.
