You also must find their passion. With this information (passion and learning style), you can help any student succeed. Many of my students have been considered as slow, but once I began working with them, I realized that they just lacked the basic skills. I am a graduate of UNC Greensboro with a BS in Exercise Sport and Science. I have also worked 3 years as an assistant teacher and a floater in a daycare. I helped kids with their homework in math, english and science afterschool, as well as helped teachers plan the weekly lesson plans during the summer programs.
