I am direct without being overpowering. I have learned how to help the student come to the right answer compared to explaining why the answer is what it is. Talking them through the thought process of the problem is the first step to solving the problem on their own.
I have been a math resource tutor at my high school for the past year. I really enjoying helping people using my strengths in the math and sciences. I have also experienced tutoring first hand.
