Any teacher worth their weight in salt would know that you have to first understand the student in order to teach them. Sometimes the teacher will need to teach the student how to learn. I am dedicated to help others to better and empower themself through teaching and various learning processes. I have taught ESL at my church and enjoy helping others to overcome perceived barriers to learning. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Development and feel strongly to helping people become better leaders as well as better people.
