Over the past several years I have helped students achieve their potential in a wide variety of educational settings. My teaching style is entirely individualized to meet the needs of the child. As a special educator, my instruction has most often been diagnostic, targeted to meet specific goals and objectives. I relate activities to real life, so that lessons are interesting and students can apply and generalize learned skills. I use a multisensory approach. My lessons often include a combination of visuals, formula guides, manipulatives and other materials carefully selected to support and engage the individual student.
