Experience Summary
I have taught special education for 5 years. I have worked with children in preschool through 6th grade with a variety of needs. I have experience teaching children how to read. I also have my masters in Literacy. I am a very hard worker and enjoy working with children. I have two bachelor degrees. One in Elementary/Special education and another in Sociology. I have a masters degree in Literacy. I have worked for tutoring agencies before with children after school. I have tutored children in math, reading, social studies, and writing.
Teaching Style
I enjoy teaching and working with a variety of children, I believe that children learn in a variety of ways and teachers need to use many strategies when working with children. I am very patient and easy going. I feel that children need positive reinforcement. I hope to be making a difference in the lives of the children I work with.
