A Little Bit About Me...

While pursuing my bachelor’s degree, I took an interest in tutoring children. I began my tutoring experience as a volunteer at a local elementary school near the college. I also branched out and began tutoring adolescents in a juvenile detention center. After completing my undergraduate degree, I obtained a position teaching 8th grade math/special education. I also taught third and fourth grade written language and math through a local program while completing my coursework for my master’s degree.
