My teaching style is a type of facilitator approach. I realize the with every classroom there is middle level of learners the same as lower and higher achievers. My goal becomes aimed at the middle with reserves and encouragement for the lower as well as higher students.I often try ro challenge the classroom wholly and getting to know my students individually. I have been a Florida certified public school teacher since August, 1982. Although all of my teaching experiences have been in Special Education, the experiences are diversified. After graduation in 2008, I worked for the past year and a half in St. Johns County Schools as a 4th grade intervention teacher and in 5th grade ESE.
