A Little Bit About Me...

I am kind of new to teaching. I have taught my little brother everything he knows, and I've been told I have a really good way of teaching. Younger students catch on very quickly to what it is I am teaching. If they don't catch on quick, then no problem. I'm very patient and never give up until a student understands the concept. Right now I am helping out at Peterson Elementary School. The grade level that I am helping is kindergarten and I must say that I really do enjoy it. Last year I was helping out in Merced High School. The grade level that I was teaching was juniors and seniors the subject was Anatomy. I started college as a math major with a concentration in finite math. My goal was to work for a company using both my mathematics and computer programming skills. In my junior year of college, I realized that ever since high school I had enjoyed helping my friends with their math as much as I enjoyed taking math classes.
