I worked as a Math Tutor throughout college. Since graduating I have occasionally worked with students in a tutoring center and I have helped my own children and their friends in a home setting. I have helped teachers grade homework and I have helped algebra, geometry, and calculus students complete their homework.

As a recent graduate of the CSU East Bay chemistry program, I was given the opportunity to have personal instruction from many different professors. I was able to graduate within four years while working a part time job as an ice hockey official and participating in undergraduate research. Later, I earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Statistical Genetics. I taught several semester-long practice/lab classes for math majors and a basic statistics course. As a student in Organic Chemistry I have learned that repetition is the best way to know the material.
