Teacher with gentle touch - Very good at explaining new subj

I try to find the teaching style that is going to work for the student. Are they visual? Do they need to touch to learn? Finding out how to teach them and then helping them learn skills for independent study are just as important as the material.
Web manager and usability analyst as well as instructor. I have been asked at various jobs to teach training classes to my peers because of my ability to deliver an easy to understand lesson. I have been doing part-time voluntary tutoring for the last three years teaching math, physics, chemistry, computers, and foreign language. In the time I spent in high school, I tutored several other students in mathematics ranging from Algebra I through Calculus I. I am currently a fourth year undergraduate student at Georgia Institute of Technology. I am studying Aerospace Engineering and in fulfilling the requirements for my major, I have taken many mathematics courses. I have done student teaching at the high school level in Math, specifically, Geometry and Trigonometry. I created innovative new ways to use the materials on hand to reawaken students' natural mathematical curiosity and to exemplify the concepts of the courses. I have done one semester of long term substitute work in which I taught underprivileged children Physics and Physical Science. In the third year of the course, things changed. We started from scratch, and learned point set topology as the basis for calculus. In the following two weeks, we proved half the theorems from the previous two years. While working for U.C. Davis, I volunteered to teach a course on computer programming, to eighth graders.
