I love tutoring students because through my experience I have learned that one on one time can be really beneficial to all students. During this time I am able to really talk with students to figure out what their specific needs are. I can also help students learn specific study and reading skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I love to teach and I get excited when I help a student whose performance was bad before I started teaching him/her but significantly improved after I started teaching them. It is very enjoyable for me and currently I just do it voluntarily for part-time. However, the best thing I like about teaching is that you are shaping the future of young children and helping them excel in areas in which they are struggling.

I learned through visual aid. So, I guess I would lean towards this style of teaching. However, if a student learns better with audio aid then I would be willing to combine the two methods to better educate the student. My goal is to provide the best education possible and to suceed in that is to have great communication and alittle fun doing the work that is expected.
I have not taught anyone or tutored anyone for money. However, I would like to have the oppitunity to be able to tutor children or young adults on their way of the journey of life. I too was tutored going through school and not just once. I attended Sylvin Learning Center every other year since sixth grade. In the third year of the course, things changed. We started from scratch, and learned point set topology as the basis for calculus. I developed some tricks and techniques on my own which have really helped me in solving problems very fast. I will be happy to share some with the student if he/she is willing to learn. The student needs to be hard working because I am not there to give them a magic formula to solve problems. They will be able to learn to apply their analytical abilities and solve problems with proper reasoning. I have rarely used textbooks in Math, the only reason I used books was to find more problems to solve.
I am a highly skilled math student, with a degree in computer science from Clemson University.
