The type of instructor I am working to become and remain does not view teaching as a job but, views teaching as an ongoing mission. I have always valued education. I can remember comparing grades and discussing what we learned in class as early as 2nd grade. I am a patient and understanding teacher, I employ humor and incentives to keep students engaged and interested in the subject. As an Early Childhood teacher, I have chosen what I believe to be a very important position in society. I have both a BA and a MED in Early Childhood Education. I have taught school for 27 years.
