I am able to adjust to the needs of the person or person I am tutoring. I have 11 years of experience as a Paraprofessional on the secondary level. I work with children that have all kinds of learning disabilities and mild behavior problems. I have great skills in managing small groups of students and can carry out any accomodations on an IEP. I try to make the student feel as comfortable as possible with making mistakes. That's the whole point of studying, to improve.
