Experience Summary
As an honor society graduate, I was very much driven to achieve a high level of excellence and expertise in the field of education. I have earned one Bachelors of Science degree in the field of Human Services Counseling and Education. In addition, I have earned a professional teaching licensure in the areas of K-12 general curriculum with the ability to work with all grade levels Kindergarten through twelfth grade. During the last two years I have taught elementary students with emotional disabilities in grades Kindergatden through third grade. I am currently working on obtaining my Masters of Education degree in Administration and Supervision with the goal of becoming a principal.
Teaching Style
I have always had a drive and desire to work and educate children. I believe all children have the ability to learn and deserve the opportunity to succeed to their fullest potential in all academic settings. As an educator, I realize no two students have similar learning styles with that I strive to provide all students with several effective teaching techniques to ensure that all students are learning and achieving to their fullest potential. Many of my teaching techniques includes hands on experiences/activities, effective modeling and practice, one-to-one teaching methods, group activities as well as through discovery. It is my goal as an educator to teach as if there were no tomorrow because our children are tomorrow's future.
