A Little Bit About Me...

I'm a rising senior in high school who has been tutoring peers/coaching the math team at my high school for three years. Both my PSAT and SAT scores are in the 99+ percentile and include perfect scores of 800 in both the Mathematics and Writing Sections of the SAT. I also received a score of 800 in SAT Math Level 2. I have thoroughly studied the SAT/PSAT and can pinpoint exactly what the tests are asking for and how to raise your scores. My comments on tutoring SAT - Math : Having scored a 1370 on the SAT after three attempts, I can safely say that I wish I knew then what I know now about taking the SAT. Moreso than any other exam, the SAT can be approached with a very methodical strategy that will maximize the student's time and minimize the number of points lost. As far as the contents of the exam go, they are not much more difficult than the typical FCAT. Many students simply freeze or forget important information when faced with the stresses that a big, important exam like the SAT has in store. With the proper tutelage, however, a student will be well prepared to receive this exam and succeed!

A Little Bit About Me...

Throughout my education I have always prided myself in being an excellent student. Although this extended to all my subjects, my most passionate courses have always been in mathematics. This has been true from elementary all the way through college. Once in high school, I began tutoring students in this subject.
