Starting in October of 2008, I was an Instructional Assistant at Sacramento City College for three semesters. I help students with math, statistics, and science. I also gave workshops in study skills, learning styles, test preparation, test taking, and stress management. At the same time I began tutoring on a private basis. I led a semester long Beacon tutoring supplement course in Organic Chemistry that supported 20 junior college students.
