Hi there, I have more than three years of experience in tutoring/teaching general chemistry at Humboldt State University. I started teaching supplemental chemistry courses as a sophomore and through my experiences I was able to bring the passing rate of my chemistry class from an average of 70% to 80%. I have loads of handouts and practice exams on many subjects that I have personally made in order to help students practice the subject of chemistry. This really depends on the subject, however, I like to do drills to keep basic skills sharp, and to learn new skills. Each student is different, and will need slightly adjusted methodology. I'm also very open to suggestion. I am a few years out of high school, and I've taken several college classes. My AP knowledge spans almost every subject. I can help with almost all high school level classes and below. The various sciences are probably my best subjects, however my knowledge of Biology is fairly limited.
