As a recent college graduate, I was driven to study engineering and music to create a balanced lifestyle. I have earned a bachelor of science with a major in engineering science and a minor in music. The ability to counteract my math and science studies with the arts is beneficial for the body and mind. I enjoy teaching very much. I think a strength trying to use a student's active content or prior knowledge to connect to material. I have been a camp counselor, tutor, coach and teacher. I have taught English in Ghana, preschool in Argentina and special education in the Bronx. Over the years I have also spent time as a nanny and have been in charge of homework and school projects.
