I've earned several awards for my work with dyslexic children including an award from the past governor of Michigan. I've also been honored by parent groups in the Dearborn Public Schools in Michigan. I've had several articles published on the topics of juvenile delinquency, learning differences, early recognition of learning differences and many others. I have wanted to help others learn for as long as I can remember; even as early as the fourth grade I was helping my classmates with assignments. I have always loved learning and helping others to learn. I earned a BS in Psychology in college so I would have a better understanding of how the mind works and learns. I never turned a person down; if I did not know much about a subject I would research it. I even took a course that would teach me how to assist individuals with essays and research papers.
