I graduated in 2007 after 3 years at Georgia Southern University. In 2008, my family and I moved to Wakulla County, FL. Here I began teaching 3rd and 4th grade at Wakulla Christian School. I love to bring history to live for students so I like to explain events in a story format. It is important for students to memorize facts, however, so I focus on memorization techniques and organization. I started to do community service back in November of 2009. After I was unable to find a job I stayed at the local Boys and Girls club as a volunteer. Being there so long the staff and some of the parents appreciated how much work I put into helping the kids.
