A Little Bit About Me...

I taught public school for 4 years before getting a masters degree in Religious Education with a Concentration in Childhood Education. I wanted to complement my undergraduate Elementary Education degree. Therefore, I choose the childhood education concentration at seminary. Then I was a Assoicate Pastor for Children for over 13 years where I supervised paid workers and planned activities for a children's ministry at a local church. I had to maintain a budget for this ministry in the amount of $38,000. Over the course of all of these years, I have learned a vast array of skills.
I love working with children of all ages. I really like elementary age children. I have a hands-on approach to education. I am very patient, caring, and supportive. If a child is struggling to master certain objective, then it is my responsibility to provide all avenues to ensure success. There is no "u" in team.
