My comments on tutoring Organic Chemistry : I took both Organic Chemistry I and II and did well in both classes. I need to know what material to tutor on before so I can prepare.

In my training, I was taught to be more of a guide than a lecturer, leading students through difficult subjects by suggestion and example rather than by rote statement of facts. I often approach teaching as puzzle solving.
