I obtained a B.S. in Biology, with a concentration in aquatic science, from Wittenberg University in 2006. During my undergraduate studies, I tutored elementary students in math and science twice a week for two years. After college, I moved into the marine science profession. In August of 2008, I started teaching High School Biology I, Earth and Space Science, and Physical Science to students in Polk County. Having parents that place a great emphasis in achieving higher education, I graduated from high school with the age of 15 years old and was accepted in National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, for the degree in Life Science Biology. I have taught high school students for five years now. However, I have taught college freshman for a year only. But, I do know what I am doing and I know how to help students. 15 years experience in a broad variety of subjects!

I have a way of perceiving the difficulty the student has, and am able to explain the material in a simple way that makes it easy for students to grasp. I have a good rapport with my student and have had several that have told me that I am the best teacher they have ever had(which didn't hurt my ego!!)
