My style is to teach a concept during the one on one session with me. I then give them homework to reinforce the learning on personal time. In the following meeting I revise what we learnt in previous session to ensure they understood before proceeding to next topic. Stanislaus, I became well prepared for all the nuances besides teaching that goes with being a teacher.
