As an Application Engineer for a research company, it was my resposaability to train, instruct and give seminars on the material currently in vogue in Semiconductor, Biology, Physics, and Geology in materials to be analyzed. My style is to teach a concept during the one on one session with me. I then give them homework to reinforce the learning on personal time.
