Marine Biology is one of my top subjects! I have a Master's Degree in Marine Biology and have conducted independent research projects in this field.

I prefer a relaxed atmosphere of one-on-one teaching with a hands-on approach. I feel that part of the problem, for so many students, is that they are not comfortable approaching their teachers and asking questions. I want to create an atmosphere where there is no hesitancy to ask any question. The student's progress will determine the pace.
I successfully completed a B.S. in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston in 2004. During my undergraduate career I was able to participate in a research cruise at sea and conduct independent research. Coming from the influence of a family of educators, I realized early on my affinity towards teaching. In addition to my college degrees, I have been very involved in the 'summer camp' experience.
