I am a Dance teacher, choreographer and performer as well as a Yoga instructor. I've been dancing for over 20 years and teaching for about 10. I received a Bachelor's in Dance from Brigham Young University in 2011, with an emphasis in Modern/Contemporary. Since graduating I've been teaching, choreographing and dancing professionally and will continue doing so for as long as is humanly possible. I teach mostly Intermediate/Advanced level tap, jazz, modern/contemporary (but am open to teaching all levels) and Beginner/Intermediate level ballet. I also teach Vinyasa Yoga and believe any type and level of dancer can improve tremendously physically and mentally through a Yoga practice. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching is my passion I enjoy seeing the end result, when the student sees what they have accomplished. That is my reward. I understand that people in general usually fall into 1 or more of these learning styles: Visual/Verbal, Visual/ Nonverbal, Tactile/Kinesthetc, or Auditory/Verbal. I personally use the style that best suits my student and work from that point. However, I am very enthusiastic and the passion is just so exhuberant through my teaching that it becomes contagious to the student that is learning.
I earned a degree in Biology, which has fully equipped me for tutoring to children who have difficulties in any subject, but especially science.
