I am a Dance teacher, choreographer and performer as well as a Yoga instructor. I've been dancing for over 20 years and teaching for about 10. I received a Bachelor's in Dance from Brigham Young University in 2011, with an emphasis in Modern/Contemporary. Since graduating I've been teaching, choreographing and dancing professionally and will continue doing so for as long as is humanly possible. I teach mostly Intermediate/Advanced level tap, jazz, modern/contemporary (but am open to teaching all levels) and Beginner/Intermediate level ballet. I also teach Vinyasa Yoga and believe any type and level of dancer can improve tremendously physically and mentally through a Yoga practice. And, lastly, I play the piano on the side and have taught beginner level piano. I have 17 years of experience playing the piano and play for the children at church as well as the choir.

Dance and Yoga Teacher

I am a dance and yoga teacher specializing in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Modern and Contemporary Dance. I also teach Jazz, Lyrical, and Ballet to both youth and adults. I have been teaching for over 10 years and find great pleasure in helping students learn to be embodied, healthy, strong, and coordinated.
