Teach ASL to educators (including faculty and staff) for PLU's, CEUs, and credit. Teach ASL as a foreign (modern) langauge at high school level, college level, churches, and to families of Deaf individuals. Teach Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing students at all ages. Worked with Georgia Parent Infant Network Educational Services wot work with families/friends of Deaf and Deaf-Blind babies from ages birth to five teaching ASL and American Deaf Culture.
Using visual aide is beneficial. I use powerpoint, SmartBoard as I teach ASL and to Deaf/HOH students

A Little Bit About Me...

Since my mother owned a day care center when I was a teenager and through my college years I have enjoyed tutoring students of all ages. I have understood students who struggle with different areas of study because I use to be that student when I was in elementary. From personal experience I have reap the benefits of having a tutor and learned several skills during that process. It is important to find solutions an order for the student to become self reliant and confident in their school work.
