Worked with Georgia Parent Infant Network Educational Services wot work with families/friends of Deaf and Deaf-Blind babies from ages birth to five teaching ASL and American Deaf Culture.

I have understood students who struggle with different areas of study because I use to be that student when I was in elementary. I am very aware that everyone learns at different levels and in different ways. I am observant and mindful of this in teaching. I have worked with children with special needs for many years. Also, teaching ESL has helped me become a strong teacher because it has made me excellent with non verbal communication. It is important to have a stimulating environment for students.
