Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.

I don't use a lesson plan or guided lessons, I let the kids lead. They usually know what they need help on and if they can figure out what they are having problems with, then everything usually starts making sense. I usually keep my laptop with me, I refer to it if there is something I can't answer or figure out how to start drawing. I don't rely on it, but usually use it as a reference tool.
I've never actually tutored someone, but I am very good at relating with younger kids and High Schoolers. I was in band from 8th grade to 12th grade where I participated in the Front Ensemble section with keyboards, vibraphones, marimbas, xylophones and various other instruments. Education is more than valuable

I typically provide homework help,studying tips, and methods of memorization. My strength is in writing, proofreading, spelling and punctuation,grammar, and reading comprehension. Other skills include public speaking skills, presentation skills, and thinking through the problem in order to move past the problem. In most instances, the metbod to overcoming academic obstacles, the way to overcome is in your approach.

A Little Bit About Me...

Summary of Experience I have taught for the last three years (2005-2008) at an Elementary school in Palm Beach County. I taught third grade. This is the grade level where students are expected to pass the Reading portion of the FCAT test in order to be promoted to the next grade.
