I am a senior college student at The University of Alabama. I speak English and Arabic fluently and fully confident with the basics of the French language. I am also a McNair Scholar and I conduct academic and professional research. Besides being a student and a scholar, I volunteer my free time to tutor students. Because I enjoying tutoring I most of the time don't charge the students. I certainly have a passion to help students and have been tutoring for years.

I teach which way will be best for my client. I try to set high standards in order to prepare students for future work. I like to ask questions which stimulate students to think about big ideas. I prefer to use Discussion-based teaching when applicable.

My teaching style follows one important rule: NEVER become so concerned with following my lesson plans to the letter that I miss what is truly important: teaching moments. A teacher has to learn to listen to his or her class and realize when the moment to abandon the lesson plan has come. This willingness to release some control over the class and allow it to develop more or less organically does not always come easily, however.
