A Little Bit About Me...

As an elementary educator of 3 years, I was instrumental in developing and implementing a working curriculum consistent with individual and group learning needs of my Language Arts students. I sought to improve on-task behavior by setting high expectations for student behavior, maintaining standards through classroom management techniques and positive reinforcement which resulted in increased positive student behavior and learning.
