During my time there, I focused on FAS 109 and corporate tax compliance. My FAS 109 experience includes preparing and reviewing the tax provision piece of the 10-K. I have broad experience in tax compliance came from working with big high tech companies in Silicon Valley. I worked on federal income tax returns along with multi-state income/franchise tax returns for companies with operations all over the US as well as in foreign countries. I am a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

A Little Bit About Me...

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, I tutored in a math lab during the summer of my college years and later went into the Peace Corps in Zimbabwe to teach math and science to high school level students. I have also worked as a civil engineer and have directly applied my civil engineering degree in designing grading and utility plans for commercial developments. As a female working in a male dominated field I feel strongly about supporting young girls in pursing their dreams just as equally as young boys. I like being a role model to younger generations and hope that some day there is not such an imbalance in certain areas of study such as the math and sciences.
