Conversationally fluent in German. German is my 2nd language; I've been to Germany 12 times to visit my mom's family. The process is just as important as the product. If a student can come up with the correct answer, but he or she has no idea how or why it is correct or how they got it, I feel like their learning is incomplete. Especially in Math, but also in many other subjects, concepts build upon each other.
