As an Accounting graduate, I was very much interested to teach accounting courses. As a result I had been teaching courses on accounting and financila management at University of Asmara, Asmara, Eritrea, from 1985-1989, as parttime lecturer. In addition I had been Senior Training Office for Commercial Bank of Ethiopia where I had been in charged as a point of contact for all training needs of the bank. During my 30 years working experince in accounting and banking I have learned extensive knowledge in accounting and financial management which I am ready to share to the students.
I am very friendly and willingful to help students with atmost patiency. I am always wish to be a teacher. Determine the required course outline needed to cover and plan to work with the student step by step with close followup of the student's understanding of the subject matter. Help the student woring assignments and determine where additional work is requeired to emphasise the concept of the subject matter. Evaluate the sudents understanding of the subject matter through discussion and questions.
