Experience Summary
I have 25+ years teaching at Korean naval Academy as a Professor, and academic administrator/ Manager to enhance teaching skill and academic planning.
I have 2 years teaching at US naval Academy as an exchange Professor with 11 different nations, where I got different academic experiences.
After I retired from Korean navy, I have worked as a visiting professor at US Naval Post graduate school to research an autonomous system, and mentoring graduate student for master’s degree. I gave a refresh class for math, physics and engineering fundamentals.
I have several tutoring position for high school student and some adults for their respective ethnical licenses

Teaching Style
This stage is the most important steps for student both who had pre study and who had not. I try to give a clear idea and confirmation for their study and alleviate possible fears.
Mostly, students do not understand theory and new idea in the first attempt. So we need something to clue or link from past classes. Simple but comprehensive example is the best way to give clear cut idea of new concept.
I try to let the student go through the problem by themselves.
