I have been teaching and tutoring in all levels of math for many years. I am a licensed teacher in the State of Indiana. I especially enjoy working with students one on one or in small groups because it is easy to see how they think and find out where they need the most help. I am now retired with over 30 years experience of teaching high school and college math. I work well with students in a non threatening manner. It is my goal to make students feel at ease and comfortable in asking any questions they may have. My teaching philosophy has developed through my experiences as a high school physics teacher, as a teaching assistant in the Department of Physics at Texas Tech University, and through tutoring individual students.
