I'm a graduated student from Purdue University with a BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology (SLHS). Between my time in both high school and college, my GPA never dropped below a 3.0. Both settings of education included years of math and science, and in high school four years of writing, English, and history. Volunteer work has been essential since high school, helping teachers, the elderly, disabled, and churches. My comments on tutoring Chemistry : I have taken four chemistry courses at Ball State University including two beginning and two organic chemistry courses. I passed each course with flying colors and have no hesitations about helping you do as well.

I like to teach as if I am one friend talking to another. I find that this is the most relaxed way to encourage learning. While a relaxed atmosphere is important, my parents (both elementary and high school teachers) showed me the importance of completing objectives. I will push you, my friend, to learn as much as possible - and retain that information - during our time together.
I am in my third year at Ball State University. I recently changed my major from Biology to Accounting; therefore, I have lots of knowledge in many different areas - some that aren't listed on my profile. I graduated from Purdue University with a Civil Engineering degree in 2003. This degree required an extensive amount of Math and Science course work. I am currently employed in the consulting industry. My job requires me to do a lot of Public Education and Outreach- to make Engineering and complicated environmental issues understandable to the general public.
